1. About these terms

“Elysium Hardware”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Elysium Hardware business operating this website. These terms apply to website use and purchases made through it. Where a product page, confirmed order or a separate written warranty gives a more specific term, that term applies to that product or order to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to enter a contract to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you. Keep your mobile number and account credentials secure, and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

We may contact you about an order, account security, delivery, replacement, refund or support request using the contact details you provide.

3. Products, prices and availability

We aim to show current product descriptions, images, options, prices and availability. Colour and appearance can vary slightly between screens and actual products. Product-specific specifications, compatibility, warranty and installation information should be checked on the product page or confirmed with our team before purchase.

Prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any discount are shown or calculated before you submit the order. A cart is not a stock reservation. If a genuine listing, stock or pricing error is found, we will contact you and handle the order and any payment in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting checkout details is a request to purchase. We will send an order confirmation or other status update after the order is recorded. A payment gateway message by itself does not mean that an order is confirmed; if payment and order status do not agree, contact us and do not pay again until the transaction is checked.

Online payments are processed through the payment provider offered at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available only when shown for the address and order. You are responsible for checking the order total and delivery address before placing the order.

5. Delivery

We currently serve eligible delivery addresses in India. Available methods, charges and estimated delivery windows depend on the PIN code, items and method shown at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, public events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation, replacement and refunds

Order cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect deliveries, missing items and payment issues should be raised with our support team as soon as possible. Our Return & Replacement Policy and Refund Policy explain the standard process. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies under applicable law remain available.

7. Website use and intellectual property

Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or availability, submit false information, or use website content in a way that violates another person’s rights. Website text, branding, graphics and other content belong to Elysium Hardware or its respective rights holders and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

8. Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India. This does not remove any consumer forum or other remedy available to you under applicable law.
