The Godrej Smart Lock Catus Connect is a connected digital door security system designed for wooden main and internal doors in residential and commercial applications. It combines multiple electronic and mechanical access technologies with Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing users to control and monitor door access through different authentication methods. The lock is designed for convenient everyday operation while providing multiple layers of access control and physical security.

The biometric system features 360-degree fingerprint recognition, allowing the sensor to recognise registered fingerprints from different angles. It can store up to 99 fingerprints, while the PIN system supports up to 99 unique PINs, with passwords configurable from 4 to 9 digits. The lock also supports up to 99 RFID cards, making it suitable for homes, offices, and other environments where multiple users require individual access credentials.

Through Wi-Fi connectivity and the mobile application, users can remotely open and close the lock, providing access control without being physically present at the door. The system also supports OTP-based access, allowing a one-time password to be generated through the mobile app and shared via SMS. Scheduled access can be configured for specific periods, helping restrict entry outside the authorised time window.

The One Touch Privacy feature provides an additional layer of security when privacy mode is enabled. In this mode, the lock cannot be opened from the outside using fingerprint, RFID card, or PIN. Access can instead be obtained using the mechanical override and master password. The lock also incorporates 3 strong locking dead bolts, providing triple-bolt mechanical locking for enhanced protection against forced entry.

The Catus Connect is designed specifically for wooden doors and supports both right- and left-handed doors with inward or outward opening configurations. It is suitable for doors with a thickness of 35 mm to 65 mm and can be used for main and internal doors in residential or commercial setups. It is not suitable for metal doors, double doors, sliding doors, or grill gates.

For connected security, user data is encrypted and stored on servers located in India. The product also includes free professional installation within 72 hours in 350+ cities, helping simplify installation and setup. The Catus Connect is available in Champagne Gold, Black and Rose Gold finishes. Batteries are not included and need to be purchased separately.
